Sablon is our range of Belgian chocolate chips for baking. Dark (55% cocoa), milk or white chocolate chips, made in Belgium without palm oil, in practical 1 kg bags. They melt evenly and keep their shape in the oven, ideal for cookies, brownies, muffins, cakes and desserts. Available in packs of 2, 4 or 8 bags for home bakers, pastry chefs and cafés.
